🗑️ Delete your account and data

You can delete your account and all of your data yourself, at any time.

  1. Sign in to your account.
  2. Open Account from the header (your email) or from the Account tab on a phone.
  3. Under My data and privacy, press Delete my account permanently and confirm.
  4. You will receive an email confirming the deletion. Deleted immediately: your email, child profile, stories, written stories, stored narrations and the cloned voice model.

We keep only an anonymised record (a hashed fingerprint of the email and the deletion date) to prevent free-trial abuse; it cannot be traced back to you. If you cannot sign in, contact us from the same email address and we will delete the account within 30 days.
